Berry Smoothie

Try this berry smoothie recipe when you’re looking for something super-fast, easy and delicious. Berries contain antioxidants and bananas are considered a good source of potassium.

  • 1 large, ripe banana, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, rinsed and hulled
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries, rinsed
  • 1 cup cranberry or cranapple juice
  • 1 cup crushed ice

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and frothy.
